Peak Recovery / HBOT Explained
A CLEARER WAY TO START THE HBOT CONVERSATION.
This is general education, not medical advice. Peak Recovery can discuss the current in-clinic experience and questions to bring to a qualified healthcare professional.
What HBOT means
THE BASICS, WITHOUT THE HYPE.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, often called HBOT, is a term for an experience involving a pressurized chamber and oxygen. The right questions depend on the person, the setting, and the current protocols.
Peak Recovery does not use this site to diagnose, promise results, or describe clinical details that have not been confirmed. If you are considering a visit, start with the first-visit flow and a direct conversation about current information.

Questions to consider
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND FIRST?
- What is the current first-visit process and what happens before I arrive?
- What information should I share if I have questions about suitability?
- What current preparation, operating, and scheduling details should I know?
- Who should I speak with for medical questions or concerns?
